Hi, my name is Rhona Roubal. Born and raised in Vlissingen, but living together with my husband near Amsterdam for almost 10 years now.
In my spare time I like to travel. Preferably in combination with good food and a nice walk with my dog.
Excel sheets, checking changes, figuring things out and answering tax questions make me happy #nerd. This applies to my work life, but also in my private life (Budget in excel? Check. Comparing health insurances end of the year? Fun! Help the neighbor with his Income tax return? No problem!).
I like to help, analytical, efficient and operational. I function best in a dynamic environment.

Experience: +10 years as a payroll specialist
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, VPS (Vocational training Payroll Services)
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dutch payroll, Knowledge about wage tax and social security of other European countries.
Software: Unit4 & Nmbrs (processing and implementing new clients)
Love for numbers: I love working with numbers, analyzing the data.
Computer skills: I’m computer savvy. I can find my way around new software very easily. Pivot tables and Vlook-ups in Excel are no secret to me.
Communication skills: Preferably in Dutch or English. I work well with other departments and communicate just as easily with a CEO as with a production worker.
